Terms & Conditions
What this website is, and what it is not.
Jewellery shown here
Images on this website show styles of jewellery available or sourceable at our showroom. Individual pieces vary. Design, weight, stones and finish are confirmed with you in person before any purchase.
Prices and availability
No prices are published on this website. Rates depend on the metal, the piece and the day, and are quoted at the counter. Availability is not reserved until we confirm it with you.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a sale or a booking. It starts a conversation, which we follow up by phone or WhatsApp.
Online purchasing
Online ordering and payments are not currently available. If they are introduced, separate terms covering orders, delivery, cancellation and refunds will be published here first.
